  • Evernote - A stunningly effective tool for all imaginable forms of note-taking, Evernote truly excels when used to share notebooks with other users in support of group projects.

  • GoToMeeting - Premier online meeting tool. Conduct meetings via an easy-to-use app for your computer or phone which allows you to schedule meetings with groups of people where participants can join by either phone or their own use of the app. It's easy to switch presenters, share screens, record meetings, and more.

  • Nozbe - A project and system is only ever as good as the main tool one uses on a daily basis to track their tasks and to-do lists. Most people have highly personal tastes in what tool they want to use to keep their lists, and there is still an important place for a good pad of paper. In terms of ease-of-use and intuitive adaptability, Nozbe is a strong candidate for best tool to keep synchronized task lists across multiple devices.

  • Microsoft Office and Support Tools - Over the past few years, Microsoft has regained the reputation for well-designed tools that can be used effectively by creative professionals that had flagged earlier in the 2000s. From their groundbreaking Surface tablets, to their old warhorse of the Office suite, to their selection of powerful apps like OneDrive, OneNote, and Skype, a grounding in the offerings of the Pacific Northwest's leading technology company is a powerful asset.

Design and Graphics

  • Adobe - Industry leader in design software, most notably Photoshop, Adobe's software for many years was prohibitively expensive for designers and businesses. However, since the launch of their flexible Adobe Creative Cloud approach to offering access to their full suite of tools, graphic and design projects can be built with the best.
