Visit Us At Our New Websites

April 7, 2019 - Douglas Cramer

Much has happened professionally for Rebecca and I in the past months. Becca has successfully launched her brick-and-mortar esthetician business here in beautiful Poulsbo, Washington! Now she is able to offer expert beauty services such as microblading in her own studio space, a perfect compliment to her ongoing work in beauty, fashion, and arts publishing. Visit her online to learn more.

Meanwhile, I have developed a new professional website to better serve my creative communications consulting and services. I offer effective communications solutions that can be quickly put into practice. As an experienced freelancer, I excel at work requiring social intelligence, complex critical thinking, and creative problem solving. As a client, you'll discover my focus on understanding your needs and taking action in a friendly, detail-oriented way to create solutions. Visit DouglasCramer.com to learn more.

Joining Community

October 22, 2018 - Douglas Cramer

As Rebecca and I deepen our connections to the Salish Sea region, our beloved adopted home, we frequently reflect on the meaning of community. As someone who has often embraced a lightly-rooted life, learned in part from my globetrotting grandparents who nurtured me as a youth, I’ve struggled at times to form bonds of fellowship and place.

The Magnificent Amy Wesson

July 23, 2018 - Rebecca Cramer

Jute Magazine was founded by fashion photographer Lynzi Judish and hair and makeup artist Kadie Murphy. The first issue of Jute launched in September of 2013 and has been constantly growing ever since. Jute magazine celebrates the individual fashionista. It’s about fashion at all levels and finding your own style by mixing and matching. We love everything from Gucci to Guess to Goodwill. It’s not about where the clothes come from, it’s how you wear them.

After a 15 year hiatus, that included a degree, a new husband, two kids, loads of flowers and veg, and a bevy of critters, Amy Wesson is once again strutting her stuff on the cat-walk.

Kestrel on the Kitsap

February 15, 2018 - Kestrel Communications

Kestrel Communications has migrated from the Denver, Colorado region to the Pacific Northwest. Following a relocation and sabbatical in 2017, Douglas and Rebecca Cramer are now actively developing opportunities to be of service to the communities of the thriving Kitsap Peninsula in the West Puget Sound region of Washington, with wild woodsy Olympic National Park to the west and Seattle a ferry ride to the east.

In 2018, we will be taking major steps towards fully drawing on our extensive professional experiences, skills, and passions in order to participate in fruitful projects that further healthy and sustainable economic growth here in our precious adopted home on the Salish Sea. The Kitsap Economic Development Alliance says of the region:
